RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your ILIKAI artwork. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Please ensure that all prints are returned unused, in their original packaging, or in equivalent protective packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If the returned item arrives damaged, we can only offer a 50% refund.

RETURN PROCESS AND CONDITIONS:

• Returns and exchanges are handled at the customer’s risk and expense.
• Notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@ilikai.com.au. Clearly state your intention to cancel or withdraw the purchase.
• Once notified, the returned item must reach us within 14 days.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have received the item in good condition, a full refund will be processed.

EXCLUSIONS:

Please note that One True Pieces are not eligible for returns due to their unique nature and packaging challenges.
